how does this shit taste?
or can you add it to something like apple juice to mask it.

Good pres have like 400mg Stevia + flavour powders (blue raspberry, etcetc)

@canadian man - check out examine.com man, cross check all those ingreds separately and you'll see half of what u listed is bunk
or refer to the op

i havent checked out these ones u posted:
- Agmatine sulfate (500mg-1g)
- glycerol powder (5g) or vegetable glycerin
- b vitamins

- DMAE
- hordenine
- synephrine

- Noopept
- DMAA

but taurine, carnitine, and all the ones i said in op appear to be junk at this stage in the research.
you take the appropriate dose of citrulline malate (6g) for effects but its not conclusive if it'll add an extra rep or 2 to your anaerobic capacity (workouts).. seems good for aerobic based activities tho

I have done my research. There doesn't exist enough studies, and a lot of holes are left in certain studies. Seriously, try nalt (not l-tyrosine). Nalt crosses the blood brain barrier. While it doesn't increase blood tyrosine levels much, what it does as a stimulant is quite nice. The study that shows that NALT increases blood tyrosine levels by a small margin doesn't look into how it crosses the blood brain barrier for cognitive effects.

Just give nalt a try and tell me with a straight face that it doesn't work. Blind test yourself for a week and see what happens. It's not expensive, I highly recommend you at least test out NALT & ALCAR just to see. If it's placebo, then I'm getting the best placebo ever, and I'd continue to pay for this consistently effective placebo.

Theanine I can't speak for. I haven't received it, and I haven't researched much on theanine. ALCAR again... blood brain barrier... not the same as carnitine... definitely great in a pwo.

I think citrulline is the 100% main staple of a preworkout, alongside caffeine. It's my absolute favorite ingredient. You will get better pumps with citrulline. There are other benefits as well. Citrulline malate is not useless. I have 2kg of the stuff because I like it so much. 1g dosage is pointless, researched 6g dosage is excellent. I can tell you that my workouts have been amazing while utilizing citrulline.

Vitamins b6 and b12 certainly are not filler. Excess of those will boost perceived energy levels, and help with muscular contraction.

The other things I listed I believe are worth the money from bulk powder sites (like PowderCity). Very very cheap to get over a year's supply.

Fuck Mio go with half 'n half sugar/non-sugar gatorade powder.
