i do something similar sometimes! broccoli, garlic, evoo, and parm. definitely a nice side dish.
broccoli is awesome to cook with because the little flowers suck up the flavors like a sponge.
see, you're smart for putting fruits in smoothies. all i can tell you is kale, carrots, and beets... while it is nutritious on paper... tastes gross.
