Sweden has the same, we have a organisation called RF or National Sportfederation (roughly translated) which basically every sport besides physique sports & crossfit are part of. But a lot of gyms are connected with it aswell and can report to them in case of suspicion.
Our liftingclub has had 3 or 4 random testings (mainly cause we have 1 world champion and some national champs), but they can pick anyone they want then. RF and the sport organisations do sporadic testing on most our elite level athletes at any given time during the day/week/year.
Most bodybuilding gyms do not care about this and just don't allow (want) you to talk/take/sell shit around the facility.

In Denmark I doubt it cause every fucking person there roids 24/7.
