5 meal a day target, usually breakfast is a little bit larger, total calorie intake 3000
An example of today (most days are similar)...
Morning: 1 cup oats with 1.5 cups 1% milk, 30g whey isolate with 1 cup milk, mixed nuts, flaxseed, some tomato and spinach
Post workout: 1 whole banana, flaxseed, 40g whey isolate, 1.5 cups milk, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, and some blueberries
Dinner: Lean chicken breast, broccoli, sweet potato, a tiny bit of nuts
My next meal will likely be smaller, probably a half chicken breast. My last meal will be casein with some oats and peanut butter. I usually have eggs once every 2-3 days.
