both pretty straight forward no?
ive shredded pounds doing 30 minutes of HIIT on the stepper fasted cardio.
and eating in a calorie deficit. Mostly water and carb depletion as of now.

you can literally see the changes of water in your body in 3-4 days, or at least I did.
and im drinking 5-6 liters a day.

if also put on mass in areas during this cut.
especially my chest/back

My knowledge is more on the cellular/biochem aspect when it comes to nutrition, so I'm just unaware of what you're talking about.

Obviously the depletion of water storage just simply to the glycogen stores decreasing on the deficit, but how do you put mass on during a cut as an experienced lifter?

with illegal supplements.
but that being said you could still manage to do it with a slower cut naturally just not as noticeably (takes 6 weeks to notice muscle visually or something doesnt it?)

If you cut for 2 months at 2 lb a week you'd probably lose 8-10 pounds of muscle. Not worth it.

LOL I forgot you're on the dark side. I read what you said and I was like I'm clearly doing something wrong.

Canadabrah, your cut is going to suck ass just because it sounds like you dirty bulked the hell out of your bulking process.

A natty cut should be 3 months minimum, depending on your overall goals and how much you're willing to sacrifice.

Nah not dirty bulking. Put on weight over the last 3 years. Doesn't look like much, but for a good cut down to a nice low bf%, it'll probably be a while.

Not to mention you previously stated you had size so a lot of it is "muscle memory" just getting you back quicker
