I mean, It was 4 years of consistent work and probably about a year and half of just straight plateau, I tried at least 15 different splits, changing diet, ect... just couldn't seem to get any stronger or put on any weight, so I'm assuming unless I was doing something wrong, I hit my genetic peak at that point, shortly after I injured myself and lost motivation to continue working out, I was to young to consider steroids at the time, now that I'm a few years older, I think it can be up for consideration, however, I want to prepare myself, and get all the noob gains and do it natty as long as I can before I hop on the juice, It's just I'm trying to expand my knowledge with the help of others experiences and recommendations. At the end of the day I'm going to do my own research but it's really nice having a community that's lived, and can't mentor me for the most part.

One split that I found worked the best for me, even with just regular body building was the 5/3/1 wendlers strength split, I blew up quick and my numbers sky rocketed, however after that split there really wasn't anything that worked for me to get any stronger or bigger, I was still slightly gaining muscle i'd say 2-3% increase on lifts a month.

E: I have shrank into a scrawn again, So I'm basically going to be starting from square one again, crazy how fast I lost all of it thought, it's been about 9-10 months and I still have definition, but I've lost 30-35 lbs (not to sure muscle/fat ratio on that) but just feel like shit, need to get back into it, the only thing that's really holding me back is that particular muscle in my back, I'm afraid to re-tear it, but got to take risks I suppose. It was an upper back muscle so I'm banking on staying safe and foam rolling it out and that will keep it from happening again.
tl;dr

U tried 15 different splits in a year and a half of plateau ?
That's like a different routine a month every month

So, my story is I started working out 6 years ago, on and off went up as high as 210lbs 6ft 1 hit my genetic peak (not shredded tho) comepletely platued and injured my back and lost interested in working out because the injury kept consistantly happening
I ran an oral cycle last year and it went great, started at 175 lbs and went back to where i was at before I quit working out, then once again injured my back in the same spot (not quite sure what the deal is because it happens when i'm not even powerlifting or moving things wrong, it's random as fuck like pulled a 45 plate off the bar)
So anyways
I'm going to start working out again, starting at around 170 lbs going to get to 190ish and strengthen my tendons and what not, then i was thinking about running some Tren/Masteron with some test

For those who have juiced before

give me your opinions and what worked for you, psychologically and physically. lmk

thx :)

e: i am 22 now.

That's a terrible first cycle.
