any ways to stimulate appetite besides weed because it doesn't do it for me, i do not get the munchies high, i just get a dry mouth and choke on my food

and anything else besides just eating a lot in one sitting to stretch your stomach to eat more?

Forcefeeding on a daily. I add 100 ml of olive oil to my meals everyday. Easy Kcals especially in rice.

Lean starting base, basically always lean , eat as much as you want , gain muscle and little fat .



Me? Fat as fuck, lost weight and was skinny fat, repeat that cycle a couple years. Finally decent physique but must count calories to maintain
