Weight gain includes:
- more food going through your system
- more water weight (drinking more, sweating more, retaining more overall)
- beginner muscle gains
- fat gains
- idk what else I'm not an expert
If you're retaining 10lbs of water more, possibly up to 10 pounds of muscle (optimistic but depends on where you started from), and any range of fat (could be a lot 20+ pounds), maybe a few pounds of extra food through your body?
Like i said im new to this. Since ive started i do each much more. But usually ita healthy. I use the bathroom to Number 2 more often. Maybe its a combo of water weight, muscle, food, and fat. I do drink a hell f alot more water than i use to. This is a completely new life style for me.
