No you twat, I said I started NOTICING the pain around that time. It wasn't a sudden injury that said pop and starting hurting. It was more like... some time three months ago I got out of bed and thought "shit my knees feel kinda soar". and then another day when I was planning of doing 150-160kg for reps I had to stop after the second warm up set of 60kg....

Nah, my squat form is impeccable. Always get compliments on my squat form. No point in recording my form now though, I can hardly perform a body squat in my current situation lol
