I'm starting to notice injuries all over the place myself... My knees feel like they're 80 years old, my wrist cracks all the time, earlier this summer I sprained my thumb during a 4 day summer camp with 12 hour stunt sessions... (hand to tape my entire hand and gobble up pain killers, but made it through every hour, every day

)
and my shoulder gets fucked from time to time. I've been cheerleading for over 2 years, but this is my first year as a pro athlete. 10-13 workouts per day. That's about 4 hours training a day or nearly 30 hours of training every single week.
Pretty heavy, but with studies and a part time job.. really difficult. thankfully I don't have any other hobbies/pleasures. I wake up in the morning, go to school/work, go to the gym, stunt/cheer a couple hours and then come home at 10 pm and make a few posts on JSP/watch an episode of Narcos and go to bed (repeat)
I just hope I don't get any serious injuries that would keep me from bodybuilding. I don't want to be the best cheerleader, I know for a fact I'll NEVER be a world champion, and that's okay. I'm happy just being able to post on my Instagram and every piece of social media that I'm a Team Norway athlete, representing my country

(even if I'm only support, and not actual base)
with bodybuilding however, NO ONE, none of you can tell me I'll never be Mr. Olympia. Its a subjective competetion and even if it wasn't... Who's to tell I don't have the perfect genetic potential? Who can my body @ 3% fat and 10kg more muscle mass doesn't look better than Jeremy Buendia's? Or Sadik Hadzovic? Ryan Terry? No one. Even though the chances are like < 1%, I could always blast up with the juice for the next 10 years and eat a strict diet. If only I could inject something in my body that would instantly make me do a double back flip
