i am 6 foot tall weigh 195 lbs.... 29 years old.... as i grow older i just worry about my health
so far i have been doing pushup's, situp's, and running a mile every other day... i work a real physical job so i dont have much time to go to the gym after work as im so tired.. i cut and climb tree's for a living so thats a work out itself
any advice would be greatly appreciated... ive also been drinking the whey protein drinks and eating protein
