there's no one-size-fits-all answer to such a generic question.

start exercising doing things you like. start eating whole foods. form the habits first. once your goal is clear and your habits are formed, take the initiative to do research (DO NOT CONSULT THIS SF) and work something out to suit said goal.

i would like to lose around 15lbs or so because im starting to get a small belly and im not liking it

i would just like to tone up and lose this belly... thats why i been running hoping to burn fat

like i said im not fat but ive been gaining weight here lately and i want to stop it before it's to late and i get fat
im 6foot currently 195... been consuming about 200 protein a day or so most of it been coming from food's around 50 or so a day from shakes

ive been doing my google research but i was just wanting some real people opinions that have possibly been through the same thing

im not sure what % body fat i am

edit.. i just jogged a mile in 11 minutes its a start i guess... average speed 4.8 mph

You need to focus on compound lifts...like squats and deadlifts and bench presses and eat a lot of in n out.
