How you guys have such small waists?
When I was 14%ish BF I was a size 33(34) waist, pushed against the bone.

When I cut I'm easily a 28 waist, up to 32 right now tho

E/ but I have a tiny frame, very narrow hips etc

phaggy tight or go home. everything else looks like shit. And outdated. used to struggle finding jeans but now its easy as fuck. My waist is ridiculously small while legs are big but can still fit in super slim jeans.


get high quality jeans with good stretch from Levi's, Nudie, Diesel, etc and your jeans will grow with you
