When applying a force on a bone, ur putting it under a tension that force it to become harder by calling ions where the point of tension is. Therefore, u'll be less at risk of breaking a bone
Lifting heavy means a strong tension.

Ive heard this before too, at least manufactured milk

Heard its pumped with abnormal amounts of calcium that it leaves pockets in your bones...I always assumed it was exaggerated/fake tho
