When I first started lifting I was at planet fitness... I was doing squats on the smith machine and going down to a bench, I had 315 on it, after my set I went to fling the hooks back forward and walk forward from underneat, instead they bounced back and ripped my arms behind me and free fell all the way to the bench dragging me down with it by my arms, loud as fuark, regrettable, hated life.... arms hurt so bad fucked my rotator cuffs baddddd

Yeah it really fucked my shoulders up I had to take an entire week off, I honestly got off lucky though if my elbows were under it anymore it probably would have straight up broke both my shit lol.
