I'm not talking about different days. I'm talking about should I incorporate different WORKOUT regimens for those days. For leg day, for pull day etc. like have two leg days, one where I do back squats and the other where I do front squats

6-8 weeks your routine should change so your body doesn't get used to it. do 10-12 reps drop to 6-8 max.

Right , I do have various rep ranges through the workout.
So basically every 2 months I should switch my PPL workouts up
