Eat at maintenance for 2 weeks and reverse diet was gg, lowered cal by 100 every 14 days until reached target cal deficit.
Mainly took from carbs and kept to 1g per lb protein and 25%-30% fats rest carbs

That's not reverse dieting that's just dropping cals slowly.
And I recall Lightman saying to go straight into a deficit at the start. In fact a bigger deficit right from the get-go and slowly reducing from there

E/ yeah I'm doing 1.7g pro/kg bw & 30% fats

Oh ya shit LOL my bad, idk what I was thinking when I wrote that. You can do that depending on how much you want to lose and increase cals slowly over 2 week intervals

literally zero point.
unless you compete within that time frame and to do so youd have amazing genetics or sauced up.

you can sit at 185 and watch your body grow without gaining a pound, i did for 2-3 years.

How you maintain weight eating as much as possible?

I bulked on a very modest surplus for a year and of course the weight has caught up to me. I'm not gross fat but feel like it's def time to lean up :)
