You actually have a good starting physique so don't be too hard on yourself. You look like you have some strength and can definitely achieve a nice physique with some effort.

In regards to the photo that made you think this, we all take bad photos man no worries. But good luck on the grind

Thanks, the first photo was actually the best one in a whole group of photo's lol

Good base! Staying consistent is the best way to reach your goals.

Focus on your cut for now while making sure you do resistance training. When you are done with it try to work on the area you'd like to change the most. It'd be hard to do both at the same time.

Thanks, yea I've been doing resistance training throughout this process, energy levels are actually pretty good considering the diet I'm on thank god. Now I'f only I could develop lower bod like yours, that is going to take some serious effort and time.

do more back + shoulders

For sure, I've been doing more back and shoulder work than usual, my Delt's look too flat for comfort, and my traps don't pop out the way they should, so I couldn't agree with your analysis more.

When you say too forward what exactly do you mean? I don't hit too many lower back lifts, except deads, I could add some lower back extensions unless you got a couple of sweet workouts you can suggest.

Row..... Rowing will help tone your shoulders and pull your overall body backwards too.

It raises your rib cage up and makes abs/chest look a lil more shmexy.

Epic progress though Jordski ;)
