alternatively u could start doing some research and also some exploring of your own heart to see what drives you and what you would love to do most. if you can find a purpose, it will not only help you decide what to do, but it can push you to do it better :)

PA/RN imo - don't know what third is. Practitioners can diagnose and open own practice so yee. PA good munz too less work

i dont know much about all the different levels of nurses. my friend's planning to make around 80k in a few years, but i'm not sure what she makes now. (median US salary around 50k across all jobs)
