You seem really anxious about the effects of creatine. If it makes you nervous just don't take it. You aren't really missing out on a lot. It's a generally safe supplement as long as you hydrate properly while using it (think 4l of water a day) plus some if you live in a really hot area
I'm not anxious about it. I'm nervous about having to go to the doctors again , because I don't know if creatine took a huge part in dehydration or not. The doctor told me not to take it because it causes liver failure as well
