I've been drinking a litre of soy milk a day past 3 weeks with my cereal, and just noticed I've been getting a lot of fat deposits in my lower pecs. They used to be shredded barely pinch any skin, but now there's quite a bit of fat only in that area. Wondering if I should swap to lactose free milk (almond milk is too expensive and not enough protons)
I've also started wearing some disgustingly short Jean booty shorts, wondering if that has any correlation to it..
