On the age question: I'm 38 and I can change my body pretty quickly if need be (I often change physique), and 100% natty. You can easily get shredded @ 27. It's easy at 38. People who are 30 and think they can't get shredded are setting themselves up for failure.
I see 70 year old triathletes that look pretty shredded and they aren't complete scrawns. It can be done.
Bulking is easier (diet-wise) than shredding. Shredding is just diet. So you bulk properly and then you change gears and shred, rinse and repeat. No worries, you're still young!
