I've seen fatties, grannies, and all types of derelicts out jogging and at the gym. I can't speak for all fitizens, but as somebody who's been exercising for years i don't judge or think poorly of any of them.

I see someone who's getting out there and doing the work to improve themselves, and have tremendous respect for it.

Attitude and discipline is half the battle. Try not to be so self-conscious, everybody had to start off somewhere. I was 115lbs and scrawny as fuck in 2009 before i ever picked up a weight.

/e also Scooby is a goddamn champion

Best thing about p90 is that it doesn't matter if you can do 1 pushup or 100. You do it at your own pace and just go longer, the better you get.

OP needs that kind of structure to guide him on the right starting path.. none of this random, pushups when you can for as much as you can, crap

Lets be honest, the only good thing about p90x is that its written down and op can follow a routine without doing random workouts.
He will benefit from any workout, p90x aswell, since he's totally untrained. What will happen is that if he will stick to current diet he will eventually lose weight and build some strength but mainly endurance.

From what ive red hes more interested in building muscle so its a good start to get to know basic rows, pushups, squats and inverted pullups.

Tl:dr p90 will make him lose weight, thats how i see it.
Pick anything you feel like doing, consistency iż the first step.

Sorry for lack of interpunction and grammar, phone crew.
