mostly its the control down that causes the swing. Slow it down, feel the negative, helps and negates swinging
yea, stronger core = less swing, more control of movement
ever seen noobies doing dumbell shoulder press and their elbows and whole arms are wiggling. cause no control and not used to the exercise or recruiting muscles to stabilize.
