My gym buddy and I had the absolute best bulking cheat meal ever. Even during high bulk season it was considered a cheat meal which we'd only eat once a month or so. He's the chef so I don't really know the recipe, but its basically Enchiladas (taco lasagna)
I think it went something like this:
1200g of chicket fillet (1200kcal, but you can use minced chicken which would make it 2500kcal)
450g of creme fraiche (1800kcal, but we quickly replaced with quark, which has zero fat, zero sugar and is 13% protein, and only 320kcal for 450g)
14 whole wheat wraps (2800kcal)
2 jars of salsa (no idea how many kcal)
800g of cheese (3200kcal)
guacamole made with loads of avocados (1500kcal or so)
and then we used like 6-8 habanero chilies to make it really, really, really spicy.
Fry the meat with sauce, mix with guacamole and put them in the 14 wraps, placing them in a dish with layers of sauce/meat/cheese inbetween the wraps, and more cheese on top
That's neatly 12,000kcal in one huge dish if you use minced chicken and creme fraiche, which basically makes the meal unhealthy lol... We quickly swapped to chicken filet and quark which lowered the total calories from 12,000 to about 9200kcal
That 4600-6000kcal per person for that dinner. I remember calculating last time we made that meal we consumed over 300 grams of fat... each...
top it of with 2 litres of chocolate milk for an extra 1400kcal and boom, you have a delicious 6000-7400kcal meal
