Didn't really look too much into this.

It's a box of cereal that has 9 servings per box and each serving is 1150 calories?

Is this only in Australia?

http://www.freedomfoods.com.au/catalogue/63/crunchola-berries-and-vanilla-clusters

This thing + a litre of soy milk is 3,000 kcals. Literally been eating 1 a day for the last few days. Could eat the whole box in 1 sitting if I wanted to cuz it's not very filling. Then just smash 60g of protein and another 500kcals and done.

Srsly how are there so many calories in that box...

E/ the macros r fuking insane aswell, I usually never get above 300g of carbs but this thing gives me 54 protein 60 fat 414 carbs da fuk

E/e/ anyone really good at calculating kcals in vs out? Currently eating just under 4K/day but I'm heading up to Cairns to do farmwork carrying 50 or so 70-100kg banana bunches over 8 hours a day. You reckon I'd have to up my kcal intake by much to continue gaining .5-1lbs/week? Or should i just add 300kcals per week until I start gaining again?

3rd ingredient is apple juice concentrate lol
in a cereal? idk sounds a bit odd

and why soy milk? why not 1% or fat free milk? if lactose intolerant, id still say get lactose free milk over soy.
and stay away from almond milk, that shit doesnt have much protein compared to other milks

Wtf its 418kcal per 100g. Do you eat the entire 600g box in one sitting?

Back in my bulking days where I'd eat 5000kcals/day I would eat 200g of oatmeal with whole milk and make a porridge out of it. Roughly 1000kcal

My gym buddy and I had the absolute best bulking cheat meal ever. Even during high bulk season it was considered a cheat meal which we'd only eat once a month or so. He's the chef so I don't really know the recipe, but its basically Enchiladas (taco lasagna)

I think it went something like this:

1200g of chicket fillet (1200kcal, but you can use minced chicken which would make it 2500kcal)
450g of creme fraiche (1800kcal, but we quickly replaced with quark, which has zero fat, zero sugar and is 13% protein, and only 320kcal for 450g)
14 whole wheat wraps (2800kcal)
2 jars of salsa (no idea how many kcal)
800g of cheese (3200kcal)
guacamole made with loads of avocados (1500kcal or so)
and then we used like 6-8 habanero chilies to make it really, really, really spicy.

Fry the meat with sauce, mix with guacamole and put them in the 14 wraps, placing them in a dish with layers of sauce/meat/cheese inbetween the wraps, and more cheese on top

That's neatly 12,000kcal in one huge dish if you use minced chicken and creme fraiche, which basically makes the meal unhealthy lol... We quickly swapped to chicken filet and quark which lowered the total calories from 12,000 to about 9200kcal

That 4600-6000kcal per person for that dinner. I remember calculating last time we made that meal we consumed over 300 grams of fat... each...

top it of with 2 litres of chocolate milk for an extra 1400kcal and boom, you have a delicious 6000-7400kcal meal :)
