Bro i struggled through my life @ 145-165lbs playing football as a running back. Downing weight gainers and eating speghetti for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Throw in a couple brocolli cutlets. (got that idea from my coach)

That shit hurts when you're a tiny dude and everyone else is huge and our biggest lineman were all sitting around 240-260.

Gosh what a waste of talent.

HOw were your knees? any knee injuries by the time you were 15?



I played dl In middle school and freshman year, I was still terribly unhealthy. I had a very active lifestyle, my dieting choices were horrendous. And nope, I've never had a problem with my knees.

Not sure why anybody thinks fat is synonymous with strength, sure I could knock a kid over that weighed 150 lbs less than me, but that's where my athleticism ceased.

I remember the first thread you made and was very impressed with your results!

Now with a little kid on your lap, you realise your health is more important so get that healthy lifestyle in :)

Thanks man! I appreciate the encouragement.

Just got done at the gym, did 20 min of HIIT and some legs.. Feel pretty good.

Ate like a king, worked out like a boss.. Feeling good right before bed!

Work tomorrow, skipping a day at the gym. I'll post a pic on Tuesday of my current progress and my weight.

Another great day.. Worked 12 hours in trauma, so I am BEAT..
