Bro i struggled through my life @ 145-165lbs playing football as a running back. Downing weight gainers and eating speghetti for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Throw in a couple brocolli cutlets. (got that idea from my coach)
That shit hurts when you're a tiny dude and everyone else is huge and our biggest lineman were all sitting around 240-260.

HOw were your knees? any knee injuries by the time you were 15?
I played dl In middle school and freshman year, I was still terribly unhealthy. I had a very active lifestyle, my dieting choices were horrendous. And nope, I've never had a problem with my knees.
Not sure why anybody thinks fat is synonymous with strength, sure I could knock a kid over that weighed 150 lbs less than me, but that's where my athleticism ceased.
