Can do 6 hours eating 12 calories /pound and fast for 18 hours.
Do fasted cardio in the morning and don't start the 6 hours of eating until two hours after you finish cardio

But gl! I'm working on dropping some weight as well, dropped 26 -> 20% bf in since mid june, aiming for < 15% in october.
