Powder mainly to help hit protein macro. Cheap way to get 150 cals with most amount of protein.

Also, milk vs water is 100% your preference, when I drank with milk I had huge shits. To be fair I take huge shits regardless but was not as bad.

Would say water for cutting, milk for bulking

I take shots mediums but prob with milk I'll take fatter shits.

I ma chug it either way so maybe water. But maybe milk for bulk since I need to bulk a bit

It really doesn't matter.
I mean really.... when i used to take protein i wiuld just toss it in glass of water and gulp it down.

Additional 100 calories isn't going to matter.
If you use dairy it's just going to slow your entire gti down.

Why are you taking protein powder? Should try to eat your protein.
Can simply add black beans which has a ton of protein for the calories consumed. Much more protein/calorie than meat.
