I can do it is just be there for hours in agony trying to do 150lbs unless i could do it with my right arm 1 handed

I'm not sure I have tried pull ups or anything. I can do push-ups for a little but it starts to really hurt after a while depending on how many I do

Don't expect routines if you don't know what you are capable of doing.

If your primary goal is to lose weight, you should be asking people diet questions not workout questions. You can do crunches 3x a day, but if you are eating a 3 meals a day of mostly garbage food, you are not going to lean out like you want to. Start by focusing on what carbs you are eating and when. Easy tip for starting out, don't eat more grams of carbs than grams of protein in a meal if you are trying to lean out. You are also going to have to incorporate cardio in your route as many days of the week as you can. 30-45 minutes of the stairs is the best, but if you gym doesn't have stairs a treadmill at a 10-15 incline at 2.8-3.2 mph is a good back up plan. Start there and google some different workout programs. Lifting is the easy part of leaning out, diet and exercise is hard to stick to, but most important.

u can lose weight eating garbage food 20x per day and no crunches.... if the portions are small.... its about total caloric consumption, not number meals or type of food.

also crunches barely burn calories lol..... and if u think crunches burn stomach fat, well no such thing as spot reduction with fat.

so ur like 2% correct, yes diet matters, but not how u explained it .....

also. the fk..... you can eat 2000 calories worth of carbs.... aka 4 calories per gram of carb. and 0 protein and 0 fat. if u burn 2400 calories in a day and eat 2000 calories from just carbs and nothing else, then ur gonna lose weight.
