There's live culture bacteria in yogurt man.

Your stomach is full of bacteria to help with digestion. Eating foods with live bacteria help complements / add to what's in your stomach to further aid with digestion.

Kombucha is more potent than yogurt though.

The health claims aren't evidence based for the most part, and there have actually been serious adverse events reported with its use. Contamination during culturing can produce weird bacterial strains that create hepatotoxins and induce renal damage. One report of someone who applied kombucha to the skin even says the person sustained anthrax poisoning

holy shit wow

yea looks sketchy to brew your own bacteria and stuff

even if its somewhat safe bacteria, cause well, theres bacteria everywhere, but for random people to brew their own stuff in a glass jar does seem like shit can go wrong

since id assume foods such as yogurt are regulated in a much better way lol
