Honestly that's about right. He's 152 lbs. .8g of protes per lb of body mass is pretty legit for a skinny guy.

Fats is on the lower side but can be upped for cardio days. carbs can be adjusted too for cardio and bulking. Protes at 1.1-1.5g per lb of body weight is for like legit athletes and people who actually workout and have mass already lol. 2-3 g are just body builders man who needs to bulk to the max of all maxes

Perfect for you to follow the SerialJoe diet program.

- Walk dogs
- Do push ups
- Make sexy poses in the mirror
- Limit caloric intake
- Order kettlebells and tell them they are shipped to you in every post you make
- Get results!

But it works lol

losing weight doesn't seem like a very wise choice for you. start doing some calisthenics/isometrics at home, no equipment required, and meet your recommended daily caloric intake (google for this calculator) with whole foods.

you'll be ight.

You sure? I got the app "MyFitnessPal" and type down everything I eat in a day.
It's recommended that I should eat 1650 kcal/day and get about 65g fat. Does this sound accurate or totally out of the window?

Also 1 more question; is it okay to eat fastfood (McDonalds, Burger King and such) like 1-2 times a week while obviously still staying within caloric deficit limits so to say or should I totally stay away from it?

sure why not. Not optimal of course, but unless you're competing you shouldn't be too strict on yourself.

I'm on my way to cutting down to a measured 4% bf level, and eat junk food at least once per week. Before I would eat junk every single day (would eat sub way for lunch 6-7 days a week) and maintained a measured ~ 7-8% bf.

Far from optimal, but if you're not competing don't punish yourself unnecessarily.

I'm 186 cm (6ft 1) and weigh 69kg (152lbs) LOL and your wanting to cut?

you need to bulk up then cut will look much better trust me.

eating more will fill you out yes you will gain weight but if you diet / gym correctly that fat will turn into muscle. will take at least 6 months to see noticeable results
