anyway lets forget about my stupidity.
anyone had similar experience of having one and getting an operation to repair it? wanna know how long ill be stopped.

Week recovery in the clinic, 2 weeks rest after, slow physic back into it

its about 6 weeks out of the gym, but the doctor will tell you depending on what operation is done

dont go sooner, if you do, even if it doesnt reappaear, stretching the tissue while its recovering will weaken it and increase the risk of the hernia coming back, so u can expect around 6 weeks if theres an operation done, until u see doc, i wouldnt do any lifting or impact cardio, something like stretching and elliptical/biking is probably ok

I had a pain that went down into my ballsack. Get it checked out. Might be fluid.

ummm try walking. not even running but walking.

lol you need a doctor to see how serious yours is. Cause you can make it a lot worse and then what?

THEN WHAT?


This is a good time to walk the woods and slowly take in nature knowing all u can do is walk for workouts.

Maybe hiking but not up hill cause that pressure in your blood is no bueno for that
