It would help to know how much is your weight/height and how active you are in your life in general.
But 400g cottage cheese and 100g peanut butter just seems wrong.
First of all I would eat cottage cheese before bed because if the type of protein that is inside if it will get you thro the night. Second of all i would start to eat breakfast as soon as you wake up and for gods shake drop the energy drink..
I cannot eat anything else in the morning just a turmix of the following: 100g Oats, A cup of natural yoghurt ( this is not optimal tho) A banana, Almonds, a scoop of protein power and Maybe a spoon of peanut butter. This will get me till 12:00 depends when I wake up.
Also 300g lean beef and 600 (???) g of potatoes?
1. What is wrong with cottage cheese and peanut butter? I also far more often eat cottage cheese with strawberry jam, which is full of sugars and not much else.
2. Good point, I might consider moving cottage cheese meal to around bed time.. but I've made a habit of consuming my last meal around 4 hours before bed time... so that means I need to eat a huge meal so I don't get hungry again.
3. Why eat breakfast? I've read plenty of studies talking about how bullshit breakfast is, plus references to the human race tens/hundreds of thousands of years ago... Woke up with empty stomachs, did strenuous exercise all day... the lack of food triggers all kinds of survival mechanisms to make the body more alert, more focused, etc and then they consume their post-workout meal and get all the nutrients they need (after they finally caught the mammoth or whatever)... I don't really know.. If that articles guy is still around maybe he knows what I'm vaguely trying to describe. In any case, whatever science says, I discovered I can easily workout with high intensity with just 400-500kcal in my belly, even if I train 7 hours after waking up... So why not I guess.
4. I know... I really should drop the energy drinks... I have a drinking problem. I get mad when I don't get my daily dose of delcious energy drink. Worst thing is, all the good ones have sugar (red Bull green edition, Red bull yellow, Monster Rossi edition, + some norwegian brands...) food selection is utter shit in this country so I'm sure you guys living in the US have a vast selection of sugar free alternatives.. we don't. All the ones here taste like shit (so no point)
5. I have a huge apetite.. So I try to make sure I'm eating as much solid food as possible, while minimizing my intake of liquid calories ( I know, those fucking energy drinks man...)
