Why do you eat 100g of peanut butter per day? Wtf man.....

Because apart from eggs, I don't really eat any fat in my diet... And the eggs I consume only have around ~ 30g of fat, depending on how many eggs I eat.

100g of peanut butter = 55g of fats. And the eggs plus a few grams here and there and voila... you've hit 100g of fats daily.

It would help to know how much is your weight/height and how active you are in your life in general.

But 400g cottage cheese and 100g peanut butter just seems wrong.
First of all I would eat cottage cheese before bed because if the type of protein that is inside if it will get you thro the night. Second of all i would start to eat breakfast as soon as you wake up and for gods shake drop the energy drink..

I cannot eat anything else in the morning just a turmix of the following: 100g Oats, A cup of natural yoghurt ( this is not optimal tho) A banana, Almonds, a scoop of protein power and Maybe a spoon of peanut butter. This will get me till 12:00 depends when I wake up.

Also 300g lean beef and 600 (???) g of potatoes?

1. What is wrong with cottage cheese and peanut butter? I also far more often eat cottage cheese with strawberry jam, which is full of sugars and not much else.

2. Good point, I might consider moving cottage cheese meal to around bed time.. but I've made a habit of consuming my last meal around 4 hours before bed time... so that means I need to eat a huge meal so I don't get hungry again.

3. Why eat breakfast? I've read plenty of studies talking about how bullshit breakfast is, plus references to the human race tens/hundreds of thousands of years ago... Woke up with empty stomachs, did strenuous exercise all day... the lack of food triggers all kinds of survival mechanisms to make the body more alert, more focused, etc and then they consume their post-workout meal and get all the nutrients they need (after they finally caught the mammoth or whatever)... I don't really know.. If that articles guy is still around maybe he knows what I'm vaguely trying to describe. In any case, whatever science says, I discovered I can easily workout with high intensity with just 400-500kcal in my belly, even if I train 7 hours after waking up... So why not I guess.

4. I know... I really should drop the energy drinks... I have a drinking problem. I get mad when I don't get my daily dose of delcious energy drink. Worst thing is, all the good ones have sugar (red Bull green edition, Red bull yellow, Monster Rossi edition, + some norwegian brands...) food selection is utter shit in this country so I'm sure you guys living in the US have a vast selection of sugar free alternatives.. we don't. All the ones here taste like shit (so no point)

5. I have a huge apetite.. So I try to make sure I'm eating as much solid food as possible, while minimizing my intake of liquid calories ( I know, those fucking energy drinks man...)

I'm in idiot? says the one who has a protein shake as PW meal.

I don't compete in Men's Physique... but maybe I will some day in the future.

I started off my diet at 93kg @ 183cm which is just under 210lbs @ 6 ft. 3 weeks later I weigh just over 195lbs

Far too much fat in my diet? how so... I almost never exceed 100g of fats, which is 900kcal which is roughly 30% of my daily 3000kcals (3600kcal maintenance)

What's wrong with my protein calculations? You think I'm consuming too much? too little? or that I'm not adding them up correctly? if its the latter, I'm using Myfitnesspal to add them up...

if any of the former; I'm eating exactly the same amount per lb of body weight as a friend of mine that took third place in classic bodybuilding (national level), which is higher than what most people say you should eat, but still.

best time to have protein is to take AFTER a workout. you have FAR to much fat not enough protein. not even going to help someone that doesn't want to be helped. good luck

yeah no shit m8, that's why I eat nearly 100g of protein after workout. I meant the fact that according to what you posted, the only thing you consume post workout is a protein shake. I'd rather train early in the morning and get all dem nutrients after.

And I'm up for tips and advice, but calling me an idiot and saying that a diet which is better than 99.99% of the general populations diet is terrible doesn't sound like constructive criticism to me.
