this is really good been using it tastes good

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, Double Rich Chocolate, 5 Pound

and for creatine

OPTIMUM NUTRITION Creatine Powder (Creapure) 600 grams

both can be bought on amazon theres different flavors for the protein powder but from what people are saying this is the best 1

i appreciate this, ty. see above though -- i've used these products before and i am looking for something different. not necessarily better (except maybe on the creatine), but just different.

also if you're hungry whey is really good to cut the need to feed baby

alot of research been done and whey able to cut your hunger for up to 4 hours using only 50g of powder

so late night when you're starving dont eat drink that shizz

^ ty. admittedly this is more stuff that i know, but it is useful enough to point out that protein is filling. there are a few reasons why this is the case, and from what i understand, the chief cause of this effect is that protein takes a while to digest. what i love is that while it's building and repairing tissue (esp. muscle), it's also creating a thermogenic response (massive energy involved in digestion and re-balancing processes), and it initiates anabolic cascades throughout the body.

i'm interested in getting as many voices in here as possible just because i am looking for new protein and creatine products to try. again, it's not due to dissatisfaction with products i've used, but just out of curiosity and the search for what will work best for me.
