She has never trained before and I have no idea how I could set it up for her. Ideas?

She is gonna train all of her body. I'd like her to start with a mon-wed-fri routine for a month training all of the main muscles every day (arms, legs, back).

I am fully open to ideas and opinions.

Thanks in advance!

Haha you want to give her advice when you are also looking for advice?
Just go to the gym
Look for someone with the body You want
Copy his movements with weights you can handle
Do it everyday
Find someone else
Copy his shit
Find what works for you
Make it convenient to your own lifestyle
You now got a routine
Go on YouTube for questions that come up

megsquats she's cool. Gives some really solid squat advice for first timers and mainly towards the amatuer/female audience who want to get into powerlifting and Olympic movements rather than strict bodybuilding like nikki

Edit: for 200fg I'll write you up my routine
I was a strict cardio m8 and switched to powerlifting movements.
Yes I am shameless when it comes to fg. Don't care.

I don't need a routine myself, I got my own but thanks.

Yes I want to give her advice as I am asking on her behalf. She is not on jsp and she won't anyway.

And I am pretty sure copying someone else's routine is one of the worst ideas one can have but thanks for the tip I guess
