Loperamide.
Opiate receptor binder which will decrease/temporarily stop peristaltic movements of the intestine.
Probiotics with that.

Or you can just take some antibiotics. Not going to tell u which.

I definitely had a stomach virus or food poisoning from that raunchy ass McDonald's. My stomach is now back to normal thank the pooplord.

Just took the first gnarly dump since the diarrhea. The immodium and bananas must've compacted some turds further up in my intestines. The turd I just let loose was so long, it gave my butt cheek a high five before finding its resting place. PM for pics if you're into nice turds.

Honestly the best is to shit it out for a day, after that, start some loperamide...

if additional symptoms appear (bloody diarrhea, extreme cramping/pain etc.) or it persists despite using the maximum OTC dose of loperamide, then go to the hospital.
