unless u want to workout only one arm... then just do legs like u said

u cant really do any upper body with one hand unavailable for use

well.... u can ask someone to use some rope and tie it around your forearm and try and do some bicep curls.... lol. but thats just a joke

True. That's the only exercise I've tried which is remotely ok...

Going to try cable stuff in a week or so and try balancing the handle on the fibreglass
