don't get mad because i dont want your advice. That isn't even an upper/low split. Don't want a P/P/L because i found it was too much for me and didnt fit my schedule anyway.

Why do you do ppl if you're on a cycle? Isn't that the only time that a "bro" split is > ppl/upper lower?

Ppl on these forums have so much trouble with basic reading.

Try Canditos 6 week strength program, it's mostly for powerlifting, I'm almost done my first cycle, the first 2 weeks are hard for lower days. But week 3-4 are fun, and week 5 you see how strong you got after those 4 weeks. Week 6 is optional, you can restart the cycle, reload, or test new 1rms

It's upper lower 4-5 days a week

If cycling allows u to train harder and recover faster, why would u train everything 1x week in a bro split

Probably will do this although I don't want intense leg days during ball hockey season.

I was sharing my point of view, since I think upper/lower lacks compared to ppl. Go back to booze and being cool.

Someone explained it, as a natty athelete you hit bodyparts twice a week with moderate volume each day, you're mostly/fully recovered by the time you do your next workout.

for someone who isn't natty, their "anabolic state" is raised for the whole week from hitting high volume chest 1 day, so there's no need/diminished returns from hitting it a 2nd time AFAIK.

don't quote me on that, that's just a bunch of random garbage that i've read.
