you can lose 10lbs in a week if you eat no carbs. just eat chicken and steak only for every meal for a week 10lbs easy. and you can eat literally as much chicken/steak every meal you want

if you have a 500kcal deficit one day, think about how much mass can possibly be from your bodily tissues. ill tell you the answer is probably somewhere near 70 grams, and only a portion of that is fat.

i guarantee you i will one hundred percent gain weight eating as much chicken and steak as i want, every meal, for a week.

if u lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks, probably close to 8 lbs of water, so its not important since its so short term

I hate that catabolic starvation mode. Especially when summer hits and you haven't bulked well enough to shred.
