when you cut carbs, you lower your muscle glycogen levels which are stocked with water at a 1:3 weight ratio

means that you werent losing 4 lbs of fat per week, most likely 1lb or so if youre around a 500kcal deficit, you just lost 6 lbs of water but it'll stop, if you up carbs again youll probably gain it back

ok so how much carbs a day should i try to eat

and what can replace those carbs in my meals


basicly my morning meal is 3 eggs 2 slicles of ham 2x laughing cow cheese and 50g of brown bread or 1 slice of bread 3 eggs (210 calories) 2 thin slices of ham (50-70 calories) 2x laughing cow cheese (35cal each) 50g of brown bread (130cal) total= around 460-500 calories


dinner is 150g of extra lean ground beef 150g of vegies and 100g of rice or potatoes total calories= around 550-600 calories

dessert a sugar free jello or banana

supper 150g of chicken breast 150g of veggies and 100g of rice or potatoes total calories= around 500-550

dessert is either a sugar free jello or a banana


i drink water or homemade limonade with low amounts of sugar basicly 15g per 500ml


now what i did 1 year ago is eat 2 meals a day and i lost 30 pounds in 2 months doing almost no excercise

what i was thinking about doing is eat small can of tuna with some beans and a banana



also is 30 min of cardio and 30 min of weight lifting enough ? i do this everyday before my dinner

Is that the weight you like sitting at normally? I'm 5'11 at 185 but am thinking of going to 195 or 200 because a couple family members mentioned I look emaciated or some shit.

No I'm at the end of my cut. I think I started at around 2200 when I was 183ish
