3 sets of 10 reps for the following:

Hanging leg raises
V situps
60lb crunch machine
20lbs ab coaster
140lbs oblique twist machine

Then 2 sets of 50 reps

Bicycle crunches.

I hit abs directly once a week. Enjoy being able to cut diamonds on your abs.

i do a lot of my lifts standing and that helps a lot.. other than that i just do some light work every now and then.

i feel like ab muscle is one of the slowest to grow. well, slowest to notice any growth.

cause fat covers it much more so than other muscles.

and even if super skinny, still its difficult to see them grow that fast. abs take work.

for sure.. and my top 2 abs are noticeably bigger than the rest.

thats like me before... leg raises and crunches

started doing planks for 5 mins each ab workout and i noticed changes within a few months
also more twisting movements

damn a 5 minute plank.. i get get about a minute 30 before im burnt out... i wana do hanging leg raises but everytime i try it feels like a muscle in the back of my legs are being pulled and its painful.. maybe i should stretch before..

nah i can almost touch my toes for like 2 seconds before i feel muscles and tendons tearing.
