something u should always do before gym, is attempt to shit even if u dont have to. its a horrible day if u shit in the gym, if its cause u just have to use their nasty bathroom, or if u shit while lifting lol
Man this happens every damn day. I take a dump two times in the morning. I go to the gym after class.. Pump out a set then it happens.. I have a massive dump that smells so bad, not only that it takes like 10-15 minutes. Like who the fuck has time to shit at the gym??
