you always eat before and after, if you eat before you workout the next time you eat before is after the previous workout therefore you are always eating both before and after

Man this happens every damn day. I take a dump two times in the morning. I go to the gym after class.. Pump out a set then it happens.. I have a massive dump that smells so bad, not only that it takes like 10-15 minutes. Like who the fuck has time to shit at the gym??

always eating crew checking in. I personally workout in the morning most times.

heres my routine

Wake up:

2 full eggs, 1 cup egg whites
1 cup oats
dash of cinnamon
1 banana
1 cup mixed berries
1 L water

wait 30-45 min

gym

eat right after gym
1 chicken breast
1 cup carrots
1 cup broccoli
1 sweet potato (300g ish)

then do whatever the fuck else until next meal in 2-3 hours


ORRRR if i gym in the afternoon ill eat the same for breakfast, then wait 2 hours, then ill eat

1 cup rice
1 chicken breast
1 cup veggies

wait 30 min

gym hard

I usually do something small before my workout and a protein shake/snack after.

Glass of water and 2 tbs greek yogurt + 1 tbs honey + tbs crunchy natural pb is a staple for me. Solid amount of protein + some carbs from the honey.
