Uhh I wouldn't say think there is a direct hindrance in absorption, so to say. You have ANS-induced changes in more general, "innervate-able" functions such as changes in saliva secretion, rate of peristalsis, opening of sphincters, etc. Those are all things that can be regulated directly.
Chemical fluctuations relative to environment effect rates of absorption, but those localized to digestion aren’t altered too much during physical activity.
