ahh well that suck because im also getting tested for cafeine and drugs at the same time i get weighted -.- fml

actually nevermind! they already tested cofeine and all that yesturday when i failed the weight test! brb drinking a litter of strong cofee!

You dont want to drink a diuretic as in coffee or something because your keeping water weight.. take midol.. no joke its a excellent diuretic and you wont be adding any additional water weight. bitches take that shit for tha bloat... and it might help with cramps from being dehydrated.

hahahaha whats funny is that i got midol in my appartment because of one of my ex that made me buy her some like 2years ago i guess that bitch cheat whore will have been usefull at one thing.

but for the coffee ive done research and apparently if you drink 1 cup of coffee you body use more than 1cup of water to get it out of your body so ^^ apparently it works too

plus for some reason when i drink a bunch of cofee it also act as a semi-lax to me lol

Coffee makes my dad shit too lol that's funny. Here's a couple suggestions that all work in just a few hours.

Jog with heavy clothes on, even if you jog in place or do jumping jacks inside your home while it's warm. Sweat your ASS off.


Suck on Jolly Ranchers and spit everything in your mouth OUT, like you're chewing tobacco.. or just chew tobacco lol.

A niacin pill I believe makes you piss a lot and makes you pretty warm and itchy too lol, but you got the midol to take care of that.

2lbs or whatever isn't shit. We had dudes tryna loss 6-8lbs 4 hours before weigh ins and they always made it. Legit no eating/drinking. Swish water in your mouth and spit it out.

will be looking to lose like 20pounds PERMANENTLY after that too, id like going from 210 to 190 within like 2months :)

2.5 lbs a week is only a 500 calorie deficit and if he maintains an active lifestyle for those two months its pretty easy to achieve as long as hes able to stay with a strict diet.
