i do bench, overhead press, bb rows, and deadlifts with my better bar. the beater stays in the rack and is only for squats. i have spotter arms that allow me to do everything else outside the rack. just made more sense to me. i just got back into the swing of things and deloaded 50% from my previous reps, so maybe i will end up swapping them when the weight starts getting back up there
