Cutting carbs will be misleading because you'll lose water weight and then as soon as you bump carbs back up you'll regain that water weight. Get lean as fuark on a diet you can sustain is the best route IMO.

maybe try sticking with current carbs so long as you can maintain intensity both aerobically and anaerobically. Then drop carbs little by little enough so that it doesnt fuck with your training
