I think its because i also do a lot of cardio and play alot of sports, but i want to bulk and build mass, though not to lose too much rip, as it were.
Ive occasionally went to the gym and played around with dumbells at home but nothing serious, looking into bulking need advice and critique on what i should do based on my pis.
I have no idea what poses i am doing, so try not to laugh.
