No like University hockey

Did my workout and it was a serious Ego check today.. Was benching 2 plates for ~8 at the end of summer, today I was struggling with a plate 25 for a standard 5x5.
I'll likely get back into it within the next two to three weeks though, just about maintaining my diet/workout regiment for now.

Great that you're getting back into shape , but there is really no reason you should stop training during the season.

We're on the ice every single day, and 3 games a week. We do train, but it's cardio oriented, not aimed for muscle growth.
I'm not out of shape by any means..

Jagr isn't in school. He also doesn't have a job outside of hockey.
