id assume its cause when you take away the fat portion of the milk you alter the starting material enough to make it be considered different than what u started with.

Skim Milk Additives
Federal law mandates that most skim milk has to be fortified with vitamin A and sometimes vitamin D. This is due to the fact that even though whole milk naturally has a fair amount of both, the vitamins are fat soluble and thus lost when the milk fat is removed during the skimming process.


It's still milk. Florida's logic is full RE. Milk by definition should be something that is produced from a lactating animal...it's not like they are creating skim milk in a chem lab...

probably just trying to make it so its not misleading? idk

cause alot of people say how milk is healthy with calcium and vitamins or whatever makes milk healthy.
so if they remove some of the healthy stuff, they want to it be on the label so consumers are aware. idk

then again, food companies do some shady shit all the time to mask how their products are unhealthy

I drink about a gallon of skim every 3 days when bulking

Skim is like 8g protein for what 80 calories?

Cats drink cow milk. Lactating animals milk can often be substituted when the mother is dead and a cub needs milk.

I'm willing to bet a lion that drank tiger milk would be just fine.
