Friend of mine said this guy is from FL and knows him. Said he pretty much only benches 4-5x a week and not much else.

lets see his squat or deadlift. 410 @ 154 is impressive most definitely but when you only squat 135 and deadlift 2 plates you are still kind of laughable.
