well my concern with gold standard is i don't get as many calories...
if ur worried about calories
eat other real foods
protein shakes are great for convenient source of high protein
fats and carbs are much easier to get in food than protein
pasta for carbs, breads, rice, whole wheat stuff if u want
fats, well.... many nuts, whole milk, etc
